HISTORY Asterwale was originally mooted as a major headquarters complex for RMRT — then known as the Asterwale Campus — but the district was underdeveloped. Past infrastructures only include a small bus depot and bus terminal was connected by a singular road (all of which followed the namesake of St. Andrew's). After a major closure which lasted for years, the district was repurposed and expanded into the residential and training town that is opened to this day. RMRT Buses has been awarded the Keppel Bus Package, a significant development in the transport industry. Here's what you need to know: Keppel Bus Package RMRT Buses has been selected to manage and operate the Keppel Bus Package as RMRT Buses displayed an excellent understanding of the operational considerations within Keppel town. This package includes 4 bus services that are currently under the jurisdiction of SBS Transit Roblox. Under this bus package, RMRT Buses will be managing the Keppel Bay and Keppel North Bus Interchanges, and Keppel Airport PTB3 and a new multi-storey depot along Keppel Crescent. Period of Operations This bus package will commence progressively from Q4 of 2023 and will last for a period of 1 year with a possible extension based on RMRT Buses' performance.
